Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make egg custard pie:
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Beat eggs and add to dry ingredients. Beat well; add milk. Stir in melted butter. Pour into crust. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake 30 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, < 60 mins.
