Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 qt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • slightly beaten eggs - 6 item
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
  • slices white bread, buttered and cubed - 12 item

How to make egg casserole:

Pour bread and cheese in a 9-inch pan or 2-quart casserole. Mix beaten eggs, salt and milk and pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Set out at room temperature at least 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Can crumble bacon or small sausage links on top.
