Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb
- sausage, cooked - 1 lb
- slices white bread - 14 item
How to make egg casserole:
Mix cubed bread, sausage, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard together. Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan and let set overnight. In the morning, cook at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and return to oven for 15 minutes. Take out and let set for 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
