Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- cheese - 2 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices bread dried - 8 item
- sausage or ham, cooked - 1 lb
How to make egg brunch:
Spray pan. Dice bread into small cubes. Place in bottom of pan.Mix eggs, salt, 1 cup of milk and mustard. Dilute mushroom soup with 2/3 cup of milk; mix with egg mixture.
Layer bread, meat, mushrooms, cheese and egg mixture in rectangular pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 8 to 12.
