Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 1 doz
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • cheese - 2 c
  • can mushrooms - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • slices bread dried - 8 item
  • sausage or ham, cooked - 1 lb

How to make egg brunch:

Spray pan. Dice bread into small cubes. Place in bottom of pan.

Mix eggs, salt, 1 cup of milk and mustard. Dilute mushroom soup with 2/3 cup of milk; mix with egg mixture.

Layer bread, meat, mushrooms, cheese and egg mixture in rectangular pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 8 to 12.
