Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- half and half - 3/4 c
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- slices trimmed bread - 6 item
How to make egg and sausage casserole:
Put bread in greased casserole dish. Brown and drain sausage. Add mustard. Put on top of bread and cover with cheese. Beat rest of ingredients together; pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
