Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • half and half - 3/4 c
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • Swiss cheese - 8 oz
  • Worcestershire - 1 tsp
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • slices trimmed bread - 6 item

How to make egg and sausage casserole:

Put bread in greased casserole dish. Brown and drain sausage. Add mustard. Put on top of bread and cover with cheese. Beat rest of ingredients together; pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown and puffy.
