  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • slices bread, cubed - 6 item
  • small can mushrooms - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • bulk pork sausage, browned - 1 lb

How to make egg and sausage breakfast casserole:

Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients including sausage. Chill for 12 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
