- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- bulk pork sausage, browned - 1 lb
How to make egg and sausage breakfast casserole:
Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients including sausage. Chill for 12 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Omelets and frittatas.
