How to make eclairs:
Combine the pudding and milk. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip until blended. In a 9 x 13-inch dish, alternate layers of graham crackers and filling twice. Top with crackers, then spread frosting on top. Refrigerate.Make 24 hours in advance.
