Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • maraschino cherries - 1 item
  • French vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • carton whipped topping - 1 oz
  • sweet milk - 3 c
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • chopped pecans optional - 1 c
  • can chocolate cake frosting - 1 item

How to make eclair dessert:

Mix pudding and milk in large bowl; add whipped topping and mix until smooth. Line 8 x 11 1/2-inch pan or dish with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers. Cover with a layer of crackers and pour the other half of mixture. Add another layer of crackers. Top with frosting, beginning at edges and spread to center. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Garnish with cherries. Keep refrigerated.
