Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes vanilla instant pudding - 2 oz
- Start with crackers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish
How to make eclair cake:
Mix all of the ingredients, except crackers. Start with crackers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Make three layers of crackers with filling in between.Topping:1 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa1/4 c. evaporated milk1/2 c. oleo1 tsp. vanilla Bring first 3 ingredients to boil for one minute, stirring all the while.
