- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Filling:2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
How to make eclair cake:
Filling:2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding8 oz. cream cheese, softened3 c. milk Bring water and oleo to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flour all at once. Stir to make a ball. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Be sure to beat well after each egg. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Let cool.Mix pudding with milk. Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to fill crust. Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup. May add maraschino cherries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
