- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
How to make eclair cake:
Bring to a boil the margarine and water in a pan. Add the flour. Stir and remove from the heat. Add the eggs, one at a time. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Remove and cool. Mix together the pudding and milk. Whip the cream cheese. Combine the pudding and cream cheese. Spread over cream puff.
