- instant chocolate pudding
- Cool Whip - 1 container
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- can chocolate frosting - 1 item
How to make eclair cake:
Mix pudding and fold in Cool Whip. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put layer of whole graham crackers and then layer of pudding. Alternate layers, ending with graham crackers on top. Spread chocolate frosting on top. Chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Kid Friendly.
