  • flour - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • chocolate syrup - 1 item
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • large instant vanilla pudding - 1 item

How to make eclair cake:

Preheat oven to 400°.

Crust: Bring water and butter to a boil. Take pot off heat and add flour and eggs one at a time. Spread on cookie sheet (nonstick) and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Filling: Make pudding according to directions on box and add softened cream cheese. Spread on top of cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
