Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • warm water - 1/2 c
  • yeast - 1 pkg
  • additional sugar - 1/3 c

How to make easy yeast rolls:

Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and let stand in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight. Dough will keep in refrigerator several days.

Form dough into rolls and place on greased pans. Let rise 2 hours. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400°. Based on 12 servings.
