Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
- additional sugar - 1/3 c
How to make easy yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and let stand in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight. Dough will keep in refrigerator several days.Form dough into rolls and place on greased pans. Let rise 2 hours. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400°. Based on 12 servings.
