  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 4 c
  • warm water - 2 c
  • dry yeast - 1 pkg
  • Wesson oil - 1/4 c

How to make easy yeast rolls:

Mix flour, yeast and sugar; beat in water, oil and egg. Cover bowl; refrigerate until ready to bake. Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 425° for about 20 to 25 minutes. Does not have to rise before baking. Will keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
