  • head lettuce - 1/2 item
  • diced tomatoes - 1 item

How to make easy taco salad:

Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Put chopped onion on top. Then add shredded lettuce. Add tomatoes and shredded cheese just before serving. Serves 8.
