Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • biscuit mix - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 1/4
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item
  • eggs or 3 egg whites - 2 item

How to make easy taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Cook ground meat and onions until brown. Drain any fat. Pour tomato sauce, taco seasoning and corn mix; mix well. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on mixture.

Mix biscuit mix, milk and eggs. Pour on top of meat mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired. Serves 8 to 10.
