Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla wafers - 1 lb
- fat free cool whip - 16 oz
- de-stemmed, washed, and mashed strawberries - 1 qt
How to make easy strawberry shortcake:
Mix mashed strawberries and sugar. Start with a layer of vanilla wafers, then a layer of strawberry mixture. Alternate layers leaving the top layer strawberry mixture. Top with cool whip and chill completely before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 30 mins, 3 steps or less.
