How to make easy scalloped potatoes:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese (parsley and paprika are optional). Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Can be made a day ahead and frozen, baked or uncooked. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
