Easy sausage balls
Ingredients/Components
- biscuit mix - 3 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
- hot pork sausage room temperature - 1 lb
How to make easy sausage balls:
Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese. Add biscuit mix one cup at a time. Form into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350° oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes). Serve warm.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
