Easy sausage bake
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- Bisquick mix - 3 c
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- can sliced ripe olives - 1 1/4
- jar thick spaghetti sauce - 1 1/2
- beer or water
How to make easy sausage bake:
Grease large cookie or jelly roll pan. Fry sausage and onion until brown; drain. Mix baking mix and beer thoroughly. Spread batter in pan. Spread sauce carefully over batter; top with sausage and remaining ingredients. Bake until crust is golden brown at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
