Easy pumpkin pie



  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • all-purpose flour
  • light corn syrup - 1/3 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • skim milk - 2 Tbsp
  • can solid pack pumpkin - 1 oz
  • liquid Butter Buds
  • Egg Beaters - 2 item
  • lite salt optional - 3/4 tsp
  • crushed graham crackers 8 full size graham crackers
  • can Pet light evaporated skimmed milk 1 1/2 c - 12 oz

How to make easy pumpkin pie:

Graham Cracker Crust:1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers (8 full size graham crackers)2 Tbsp. sugar1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds Pastry Crust:1 c. all-purpose flour3/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)1/3 c. light corn syrup2 Tbsp. skim milk Preheat oven to 425°. Mix filling in order given; makes enough for 2 pies.

Mix together the graham cracker crust ingredients and press into pie pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Pour filling into crust and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 to 45 more minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Garnish with Dream Whip.

If using pastry crust, prepare dough as you would for a regular pie crust. After blending ingredients, form dough into a ball and roll out on a floured surface. Place circle of dough in pie pan. To prevent the edge of crust on the top of the pie from getting too brown, place foil over the crust while it bakes until the last 10 minutes.
