Easy pie crust
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- cold water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- Crisco
How to make easy pie crust:
Mix first 4 ingredients together with a fork. In a separate dish, beat together the last 3 ingredients. Combine flour mixture with wet mixture (using fork) only until all ingredients are moistened. Mold dough into a ball. Chill at least 15 minutes before making crusts. Bake in a 400° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 5 single crusts.Note: Dough can be kept in refrigerator up to a week or in freezer for 6 months.
