  • granulated sugar - 1 item
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 3/4 1
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • Bisquick mix - 2 c

How to make easy peanut butter cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°. In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add Bisquick mix. Mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. (Do not overbake.) Before cooling, press Kisses into center of cookie.
