How to make easy peach crisp for two:
Heat oven to 375°. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Add granola, brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well, then remove from heat. Divide peaches between two 1/2-cup ramekins or other small, ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle half of the granola mixture over each. Bake 15 minutes until hot and browned.
