  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • picante sauce - 3/4 c
  • tortilla or corn chips to line bottom of casserole - 1 item

How to make easy mexican casserole:

Brown and drain ground meat. Add undiluted soups and picante sauce. Pour into chip lined casserole pan. Top with cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour or until cheese melts.
