Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- picante sauce - 3/4 c
- tortilla or corn chips to line bottom of casserole - 1 item
How to make easy mexican casserole:
Brown and drain ground meat. Add undiluted soups and picante sauce. Pour into chip lined casserole pan. Top with cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour or until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
