Easy lemon pie
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/4oz
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
- water
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- 9-inch baked shell - 1 item
- egg whites - 4 item
How to make easy lemon pie:
Put pudding mix and sugar in top of a double boiler; stir in egg yolks. Put pan over simmering water and gradually stir in water. Cook slowly stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add butter, and spoon mixture into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, adding sugar gradually. Spread meringue completely covering pie to edge of pie shell.
