Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- can tomatoes, crushed
- lasagna noodles uncooked - 1/2 lb
- Spinach-Cheese Mixture:1 lb
How to make easy lasagna:
Sauce:1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning1 Tbsp. minced onion1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp. salt Mix sauce ingredients together.Spinach-Cheese Mixture:1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese1/2 c. Parmesan cheese8 oz. Mozzarella cheese1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed Mix cheeses and spinach together. In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, layer in following order: 1/2 cup water, 3 to 4 spoonfuls sauce, 1/2 of the lasagna noodles, part of sauce, 1/2 spinach-cheese mixture, remaining noodles, part of sauce, remaining spinach-cheese mixture and remaining sauce. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Lasagna.
