Easy lasagna



Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 3 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef or Italian sausage - 1 lb
- jar marinara sauce - 1 oz
- Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese - 2 c
- wide lasagna noodles uncooked - 8 oz
How to make easy lasagna:
In skillet, brown ground beef, onion, garlic; drain. Stir in marinara sauce and water. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of sauce mixture, half of uncooked lasagna noodles, half of combined Ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley and half of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat ending with sauce mixture. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave at High 10 minutes or until sauce boils. Microwave at Medium (50% power) 30 to 35 minutes or until pasta is tender, rotating dish half turn after 15 minutes. Uncover; top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
