Easy jello salad

Ingredients/Components

• tapioca pudding - 2 pkg
• orange or strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
• water - 3 c
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• large can mandarin oranges or strawberries - 1 item
• Cool Whip - 8 oz

How to make easy jello salad:

Combine Jell-O, pudding and water in saucepan. Cook until mixture thickens and then cool completely. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Arrange extra mandarin oranges or strawberries on top.
