Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • slices American cheese - 8 item
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make easy italian casserole:

Cook and stir beef, onion, salt and pepper until brown. Stir in tomato (spaghetti) sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Heat oven to 400°. Grease 4 x 4-inch baking dish. Mix Bisquick per directions on box. Spread half of Bisquick in pan. Top with cheese; spoon beef mixture over cheese and top with cheese. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls on top. Bake 20 minutes or until light brown.
