- sugar - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, well-drained - 1 item
How to make easy corn pudding:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a well-greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until center is firm.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
