- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- ground nuts, cocoa or toasted coconut - 1 c
How to make easy chocolate truffles:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Add melted chocolate chips and vanilla; mix well. Refrigerate approximately 1 hour.Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in nuts, cocoa or coconut. Store in refrigerator.
