Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- can eagle brand milk - 1 item
- tsp vanilla extract - 1 item
- tsp flour - 1 item
- pkg 3 oz cream cheese, softened - 2 item
- c mini milk chocolate chips - 1 item
- chocolate glaze - 1 item
How to make easy chocolate chip cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 350°. With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, vanilla; mix well. Toss chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake 35 min or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool and top with glaze. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2 c mini milk chocolate chips with 1/4 c whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediately spread over pie.
