Easy chicken pie



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • minced garlic - 1/4 tsp
  • can biscuits - 1 item
  • boiled and boned chicken breasts - 6 item

How to make easy chicken pie:

May add any other vegetables if you like. May also use tuna with dish instead of chicken.

Saute celery and onion until soft. Add soup, milk, pepper, garlic and chicken. Heat this mixture until all is hot and then add peas and carrots and heat thoroughly again. Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish or a nonstick pan. Add heated mixture over chicken. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place over top of mixture. Space biscuits about 1 inch apart. Use as many as needed to cover dish. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
