Easy chicken marinade
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- coarse pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped garlic cloves - 2 Tbsp
- chicken your choice - 1 item
How to make easy chicken marinade:
Combine all ingredients in large Ziploc bag. Place chicken in bag; rub marinade all over chicken. Close Ziploc bag tightly, removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour, then broil, bake or barbecue chicken until cooked completely.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chicken breast, Chicken thigh & leg.
