Ingredients/Components
- Cheddar, Swiss or Jarlsberg cheese or a combination, shredded 4 c - 1 lb
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- dry white wine or apple juice - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item

How to make easy cheese fondue:
Toss cheese with cornstarch to coat. Place in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir from bottom as cheese begins to melt.
