Easy carrot cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• oleo, softened - 1/4 c
• powdered sugar - 2 c
• salad oil
• jars carrot junior baby food - 2 oz

How to make easy carrot cake:

Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/4 c. oleo, softened2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts2 tsp. vanilla Place all ingredients in bowl; beat until well combined. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes. Cool; remove from pan.

Frosting: Place all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread on cake.
