- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- oleo, softened - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- salad oil
- jars carrot junior baby food - 2 oz
How to make easy carrot cake:
Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/4 c. oleo, softened2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts2 tsp. vanilla Place all ingredients in bowl; beat until well combined. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes. Cool; remove from pan.Frosting: Place all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread on cake.
