Ingredients/Components

• 2-layer yellow cake mix - 1 item
• Miracle Whip salad dressing
• eggs - 4 item
• cold water - 1/4 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• finely shredded carrots - 2 c
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c

How to make easy carrot cake:

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer. Bake at 350° until wooden toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and use any frosting you like.
