Easy beef casserole



Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- red wine - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- medium onion, sliced or chopped - 1 item
- rosemary optional - 1/4 tsp
- lean beef tips or cubed chuck - 1 lb
- can undiluted consomme - 1 item
How to make easy beef casserole:
Put meat in casserole with wine, consomme, onion, pepper and rosemary. Mix together flour and bread crumbs. Stir into meat mixture. Cover and bake at 300° for 2 to 3 hours until meat is fork-tender. Serve over rice or noodles.Can be microwaved at High power for 5 to 7 minutes. This will reduce oven baking time.
