  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • diced apples - 2 c

How to make easy apple raisin cake:

Combine apples and sugar in a mixing bowl and let stand 10 minutes. Blend oil, vanilla and egg with the apples, then combine the dry ingredients. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
