  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • chopped apples - 2 c

How to make easy apple cake:

Combine first 2 ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes. Blend next 3 ingredients. Combine with apple mixture. Combine next 5 ingredients. Mix with apple mixture. Stir in raisins. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes in an 8 x 8-inch greased pan.

Can serve with lemon sauce or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
