Ingredients/Components
- large cake yeast - 1 item
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm - 1 qt
- flour or more until proper consistency - 12 c
- eggs - 6 item
- margarine - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
How to make easter bread:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add lukewarm milk and 1/2 of flour; mixture will be wet. Place flour mixture in greased bowl and let rise about 2 minutes.
