Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- stick oleo - 1 item
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Put a layer of coconut and pecans in pan. Prepare cake mix as per directions. Pour over coconut, pecan layer. Mix softened oleo and cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; spread over batter. (I drop by spoonful.) Bake at 300° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
