Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- coconut - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- stick oleo - 1 item
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Put pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on package and pour over pecans and coconut. Mix cream cheese, oleo and confectioners sugar until real creamy. Drop by tablespoon all over cake; it wilRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
