Earthquake cake
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Layer chips, nuts and coconut in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix German chocolate cake as directed on box. Pour cake mixture on top of chips, nuts and coconut. Mix powdered sugar, oleo and cream cheese. Mix in mixer. Drop mixture by teaspoon on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° in oven for 1 hour or until springs back to touch or tests clean on toothpick.
