  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • Swiss chocolate or German chocolate cake mix - 1 item

How to make earthquake cake:

Put the coconut and chopped nuts in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the cake mix. Pour batter over nuts and coconut. Mix oleo, cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Spoon this over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
