Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
- bag coconut - 1/2 item
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease 10 x 13-inch pan. Spread coconut on bottom. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix 1 German chocolate cake mix (regular way) and spread over nuts. Melt 1 stick of butter; add 8 ounces cream cheese; beat in box of powdered sugar. Drizzle this mixture over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool.
