  • chopped pecans
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • coconut
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • box Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix - 1 item

How to make earthquake cake:

Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam. Spread nuts and coconut over bottom of pan. Mix cake according to directions. Pour over pecans and coconut. Melt cream cheese and oleo in microwave. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and oleo. Pour over cake batter and spread as evenly as possible. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.

Cake will crack and chocolate will come through.
