- stick margarine - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- package cream cheese
- cup chopped nuts - 1 item
- teaspoon vanilla - 1 item
- cup coconut - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix cake as directed on box. Grease and flour 9 X 13 cake pan. Cover bottom of pan with coconut and chopped nuts. Spoon cake mix over. Mix margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spoon in globs on top of cake mix. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes at 350.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
